Про всяк випадок, корцінко:
"Domestic private investors" та "Domestic intergovernmental holdings" - оце, власне, і є "Social Security Trust Fund" + 401к. Решта - то державні позики та трежеріз. Власне, закордонних тримачів боргу США всього менше, ніж на третину суми.
